Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the European Union and selected international destinations.
If your country is not available during checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to your location.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and the damaged item.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
